Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow your self plenty of time to register and familiarise yourself with the studio.
Come well hydrated
... and with an empty stomach. Hydrate at least 2 hours before class and rehydrate for 2 hours after. We recommend drinking 3-4 litres of water on the days you practice.
Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class
... but something light like a piece of fruit 1/2 hour before to keep your blood sugar up is fine.
Wear light workout clothing
It's hot so be prepared to sweat!
Make sure you bring....
Bring a large towel, water and a yoga mat. Bring a second towel if you plan to shower after class - we hire/sell these at the studio for your convenience.

This is the first day of the rest of your life! Make the most of your introductory period. Practice often when you start out and you will quickly adjust to the environment, the postures, and start to feel fabulous!
