Bikram Yoga is a unique intelligently designed series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a room heated at 40°C to warm your muscles helping to prevent injuries, allowing deeper stretching, and sweating toxins from the skin.
Focus 60 is energising 60 minute class that follows the standard Bikram sequence with a few minor differences. Focus 60 includes all postures in the 90 minute class but with less breaks and set up times. The 60 minute sequence flows, while still gaining lots of therapeutic benefit.
Meditation is a guided meditation technique to help you deeply relax, cope better with stress, relieve tension and improve your physical and mental well-being. This session feels blissful and helps you to experience perfect rest and recuperation.
